What's included in the plan?
Your website, its hosting, and your business domain — all bundled into the one price. Small content updates (hours, contact details, a photo swap, a short text correction) are included. Larger work — new pages, booking systems, online stores, major redesigns — is quoted separately before anything begins, only if you ever ask for it.
What counts as a "small edit"?
Routine changes: correcting hours, updating a phone number or address, swapping a photo, fixing a short piece of text, adding a service to your list. If a request is bigger than that, we'll tell you up front and quote it — you'll never be charged for extra work you didn't approve.
Do I own my domain?
The plan includes the domain used for your business. Your agreement spells out renewal, transfer, and cancellation terms in plain language — no fine-print games.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. There's no contract and no cancellation fee. Monthly plans stop at the end of the current month; annual plans can be cancelled and we'll explain exactly what happens to the site and domain before you decide.
What happens after I claim?
Within one business day: the demo banner comes off your site, we connect (or register) your domain, and you get a welcome email confirming everything. Then your site is simply live — and small edits are a message away.
Did you really build my website before I asked?
